Chief Executive Officer
Camillo Pane is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Coty Board of Directors. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s focus on accelerating revenue growth and path towards making Coty the new global challenger in Beauty, following its merger with Procter & Gamble Specialty Beauty.
Camillo has more than 22 years of experience in senior general management, commercial and category development roles. He joined Coty as Executive Vice President, Category Development in July 2015, and was responsible for leading the development of Coty’s portfolio, category and brand strategies as well as the development of its beauty brand equities and associated innovation pipeline.
Prior to joining Coty, Camillo was Senior Vice President, Global Category Officer Consumer Health at Reckitt Benckiser, a leading global consumer goods company. In that role, he was responsible for the strategy, equity and innovation pipeline of the company’s Consumer Health brands. During his four-year tenure, Consumer Health was the fastest growing category in the company.
Camillo has held numerous high profile international marketing and general management roles throughout his career, in both developed and emerging markets. In 1996, he started his career at RB in Italy, and subsequently moved to the U.S. where he served as Marketing Director for the Autodish and Homecare categories and then, to Sao Paulo as Regional Marketing Director for Brazil and Latin America for all RB brands.
In 2003, Camillo moved to the U.K. as Global Category Director for Air Wick, a global leading brand in mass home fragrances, where he was responsible for several key product breakthroughs that made Air Wick the fastest growing brand in the category. In 2007, Camillo became General Manager for the U.K. Healthcare business unit before taking the role of General Manager of RB’s U.K. Household, Personal Care and Healthcare commercial businesses in 2009.
A native Italian, Camillo started his career working for Kraft in Italy, where he spent two years. He graduated from the University of Bocconi in Milan with a degree in business administration and speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Italian. He is based in London.Read more

Chief Financial Officer
Patrice de Talhouët is Chief Financial Officer of Coty, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees strategic leadership for all corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, new business development, planning and budgeting, treasury and tax management. He is also responsible for information systems and real estate.
With more than 25 years of experience in senior finance positions, Patrice has a proven, successful track record in leading large financial operations within global corporations.
Patrice began his career at Société Générale and later joined Alcatel-Lucent, where he held a series of positions over 12 years with increasing responsibility, resulting in deep financial expertise and co-piloting skills.
He spent 7 years at Mars, Inc. in a variety of senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer Europe for Mars Chocolate and Corporate Finance Officer Americas for Mars, Inc. As a member of the finance executive committee for Mars, Inc., Patrice oversaw governance and compliance in the Americas and successfully led a multiple year program to transform the company’s global finance function, while acting as the Dean of the Mars University for Finance.
Patrice served on the Board of Directors at Devoteam, a publicly listed French IT services company, first in the Remuneration Committee from 2002-2010, and then in the Audit Committee from May 2010 to June 2016.
Patrice holds a Masters in Finance, Accounting and Corporate Law from DECF in Paris and a Bachelors in Economics from Paris X Nanterre University. He has lived in Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels and New York throughout his career and now resides in London.Read more
Chief Human Resources Officer
Sébastien Froidefond is Chief Human Resources Officer of Coty, Inc. and 8a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees human resources strategic leadership for Coty, including talent management, organizational and people development, performance management, compensation and benefits, human resources information systems, and culture.
With more than 20 years of experience, Sébastien has a proven, successful track record in leading Human Resources for multinational corporations at country, regional and global levels. Prior to joining Coty, Sébastien was Human Resources Vice President for the Global Consumer Healthcare division of Sanofi. Before that, he served in various roles of increasing responsibility within Sanofi’s human resources functions in the UK and also leading the region Intercontinental (Latin America, Africa, Turkey, the Middle East, Eurasia and South Asia).
Sébastien holds a Masters in Economics from Paris X, as well as a specialization degree in Consulting/Organization. A native of France, he has lived in Paris, North Africa and Slovenia throughout his career and now resides in London.Read more
Edgar Huber is President of Luxury at Coty, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees the $3.0B division globally, which comprises the most powerful and contemporary-relevant portfolio in the luxury fragrance market (Calvin Klein, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, Tiffany, Davidoff, Joop, Jil Sander, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Lacoste, Stella McCartney, Cerruti, Roberto Cavalli, Escada and Chopard), as well as the holistic skincare brand philosophy and the anti-aging and suncare premium expert, Lancaster. He is responsible for brand performance across all regions and distribution channels, including travel retail.
Edgar is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in building global brands across the beauty and fashion industry. He spent 15 years at L'Oréal, the majority of which was in the L'Oréal Luxury Products Division, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as President of the Division in the U.S. and Europe. Most recently he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Lands’ End, where he was responsible for driving growth and profit opportunities across all aspects of the business, and which was successfully introduced to the stock exchange in April 2014. Edgar began his career at Mars Inc. as a brand manager.
Edgar holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Austria. In addition, he completed the International Management Program at HEC (Haute Etudes Commerciales) in Jouy-en-Josas, France and the CEDEP (General Management Program) at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

President, Coty Consumer Beauty
Laurent Kleitman is President of Coty’s Consumer Beauty division and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees the $4.4B brand portfolio comprising color cosmetics, retail hair color and styling, body care and mass fragrances. Within Laurent’s domain sit some of the industry’s most iconic brands, including COVERGIRL, Clairol, Max Factor, Adidas and Rimmel London.
Laurent joined Coty in May 2017, bringing with him 29 years of international consumer goods experience spanning beauty, luxury fashion, and personal and home care. He began his career at Unilever in marketing, holding positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and general management throughout the company in France, Italy, Thailand, Russia and UK.
Most recently, Laurent served as Executive Vice President Global Hair Care at Unilever – the largest component of the company’s 20bn-Euro Personal Care division, and one of the fastest growing areas in the organization.
He was previously CEO of Unilever Russia, Ukraine & Belarus, and prior to that spent three years leading LVMH in Russia and CIS including the Perfumes & Cosmetics business, which he took back to growth after the 2008 financial crisis.
Laurent earned his diploma in Business Administration from Neoma Business School in Reims, France. He is based out of Coty’s Consumer Beauty headquarters in New York, where he lives with his wife and children.Read more
Chief Scientific Officer
Ralph Macchio is Chief Scientific Officer at Coty, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for all scientific, global regulatory and consumer affairs.
With 30 years of cosmetic research and development experience, Ralph has spent much of his career at Coty. Since joining the company in 1992, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility, from manager to Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Committee member today. Ralph is a champion of innovation across categories. In 2011, under his leadership, the Consumer Goods Technology Group awarded Coty the Achievement in Innovation Award.
Prior to joining Coty, Ralph held several positions at Revlon, Inc., where, during his 12-year tenure, he advanced from a junior chemist to color cosmetics departmental manager.
Ralph is the author of numerous patents and publications. In 2007, his efforts were recognized by his peers in the health and beauty industry when he received the Lifetime Achievement Award in Product Innovation.
Ralph received degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry from the State University of New York at Albany. He is based in Morris Plains, New Jersey.Read more

Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Greerson (Greer) McMullen is Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Coty Inc. He is responsible for overseeing Coty’s legal affairs worldwide, including, among other things, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, SEC filings, compliance, intellectual property, licensing and regulatory matters.
Greer brings over 25 years of legal experience including serving as the general counsel of several U.S. public companies. He joined Coty from Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc, the innovative international papers and materials engineering company, and brings experience of both developed and emerging markets. Previously, he was in the international consumer service sector and was a general counsel within General Electric for almost eight years. He has a proven track record in supporting highly commercial and innovative environments and internationally expanding companies.
Greer received a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He is based in London. .Read more
President, Professional Beauty
Sylvie Moreau is President of Professional Beauty at Coty, Inc. and is on the Executive Committee. Her $1.6B division portfolio is home to some of Coty’s biggest brand stars: OPI, the No. 1 nail salon brand globally, and Wella, the No. 2 in professional hair category.
A beauty business veteran, Sylvie joined Coty in 2016 as part of its industry-leading merger with Procter & Gamble’s Specialty Beauty Business. Prior, she led P&G’s Salon Professional division with operations in more than 100 countries. She led her team to deliver a top and bottom line turnaround, cementing Wella’s position in the industry and delighting the salon professionals around the world.
Sylvie joined P&G in 1994 and within her 22-year career held a variety of positions in local, regional and international roles, managing iconic brands like Pantene, Olay and Ariel.
Moreau holds a Masters in Business Administration from École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) France, as well as a Masters of International Business from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Norway. A French native, Mrs. Moreau currently resides in Geneva, Switzerland, with her husband and daughter.Read more
Chief Global Supply Officer
Mario Reis is Chief Global Supply Officer of Coty, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees the company’s fully integrated, end-to-end supply chain including initiative management, procurement, manufacturing and warehousing and distribution – a key role in facilitating the acceleration of profitable growth, speed to market and cost leadership.
Over the past 30 years, Mario has built a solid experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). He joined Coty in 2014 and was previously at Mars Inc. and Danone, where he held global senior executive roles in Supply Chain. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Danone South Africa, growing the business vigorously and transforming the company to enable future development.
Mario started his career as a consultant at Bain & Company. He leverages this experience and brings an analytical and results oriented mindset to supply chain management, covering both top line development and bottom line improvement.
A native of Mozambique, Mario holds a Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD and a BSc(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University in the UK. He lives with his family in Geneva.Read more
