Chief Executive Officer
Pierre Laubies is Coty’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors.
Pierre is a seasoned business leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. He has a strong track record of driving operational, commercial and financial turnarounds as well as instilling distinctive cultures.
Prior to joining Coty, Pierre served as CEO of Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), one of the world’s leading coffee and beverage companies. In this role, he led the transformation and integration of JDE following the merger with Mondelēz’s coffee business, fully realizing the associated synergies, reducing the debt and driving strong financial performance as well as re-setting the company on a growth trajectory.
Prior to JDE, Pierre spent 25 years at Mars in a variety of roles across categories and markets. Most recently he served as President of the Global Pet Care division with responsibility for $14 billion in sales. Pierre created a compelling vision and growth strategy for the division, which resulted in strengthened global market share and financial performance. At Mars, Pierre also served as President of Europe and President of Latin America, among other roles.
Pierre has a Masters in Economics from Sciences Politiques Paris, Universite Sorbonne, and a Masters in Law from Universite Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
Pierre will be primarily based in Coty’s office in London.
Chief Financial Officer
Pierre-André is Coty’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. In this role, he oversees the Company’s finance organization and is our principal accounting officer.
Pierre-André has nearly 30 years of public company finance experience, including experience in business turnarounds, treasury and finance integration. He spent the majority of his career at Danone, most notably as Group CFO of Danone for seven years and as General Manager of Danone’s Africa Division for three years, where he designed and implemented the division’s strategy, operational foundations and innovation pipeline.
He also served in senior finance roles at Altadis Group, including CFO and Treasury director.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from IAE Lyon III, as well as a Master’s Degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.

Chief Human Resources Officer
Sébastien Froidefond is Chief Human Resources Officer of Coty, Inc. and 8a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees human resources strategic leadership for Coty, including talent management, organizational and people development, performance management, compensation and benefits, human resources information systems, and culture.
With more than 20 years of experience, Sébastien has a proven, successful track record in leading Human Resources for multinational corporations at country, regional and global levels. Prior to joining Coty, Sébastien was Human Resources Vice President for the Global Consumer Healthcare division of Sanofi. Before that, he served in various roles of increasing responsibility within Sanofi’s human resources functions in the UK and also leading the region Intercontinental (Latin America, Africa, Turkey, the Middle East, Eurasia and South Asia).
Sébastien holds a Masters in Economics from Paris X, as well as a specialization degree in Consulting/Organization. A native of France, he has lived in Paris, North Africa and Slovenia throughout his career and now resides in London.Read more
Edgar Huber is President of Luxury at Coty, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees the $2.8B division globally, which comprises the most powerful and contemporary-relevant portfolio in the luxury fragrance market (Calvin Klein, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Chloé, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, Tiffany, Davidoff, Joop, Jil Sander, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Lacoste, Stella McCartney, Cerruti, Roberto Cavalli, Escada and Chopard), as well as the holistic skincare brand philosophy and the anti-aging and suncare premium expert, Lancaster. He is responsible for brand performance across all regions and distribution channels, including travel retail.
Edgar is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in building global brands across the beauty and fashion industry. He spent 15 years at L'Oréal, the majority of which was in the L'Oréal Luxury Products Division, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as President of the Division in the U.S. and Europe. Most recently he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Lands’ End, where he was responsible for driving growth and profit opportunities across all aspects of the business, and which was successfully introduced to the stock exchange in April 2014. Edgar began his career at Mars Inc. as a brand manager.
Edgar holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Austria. In addition, he completed the International Management Program at HEC (Haute Etudes Commerciales) in Jouy-en-Josas, France and the CEDEP (General Management Program) at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary
Greerson (Greer) McMullen is Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Coty Inc. He is responsible for overseeing Coty’s legal affairs worldwide, including, among other things, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance, SEC filings, compliance, intellectual property, licensing and regulatory matters.
Greer brings over 25 years of legal experience including serving as the general counsel of several U.S. public companies. He joined Coty from Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc, the innovative international papers and materials engineering company, and brings experience of both developed and emerging markets. Previously, he was in the international consumer service sector and was a general counsel within General Electric for almost eight years. He has a proven track record in supporting highly commercial and innovative environments and internationally expanding companies.
Greer received a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He is based in London.
President, Professional Beauty
Sylvie Moreau is President of Professional Beauty at Coty, Inc. and is on the Executive Committee. Her $1.8B division portfolio is home to some of Coty’s biggest brand stars: OPI, the No. 1 nail salon brand globally, and Wella, the No. 2 in professional hair category.
A beauty business veteran, Sylvie joined Coty in 2016 as part of its industry-leading merger with Procter & Gamble’s Specialty Beauty Business. Prior, she led P&G’s Salon Professional division with operations in more than 100 countries. She led her team to deliver a top and bottom line turnaround, cementing Wella’s position in the industry and delighting the salon professionals around the world.
Sylvie joined P&G in 1994 and within her 22-year career held a variety of positions in local, regional and international roles, managing iconic brands like Pantene, Olay and Ariel.
Moreau holds a Masters in Business Administration from École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) France, as well as a Masters of International Business from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Norway. A French native, Mrs. Moreau currently resides in Geneva, Switzerland, with her husband and daughter.Read more

Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Beauty
Giovanni (“Gianni”) Pieraccioni is Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Beauty and a member of the Executive Committee. He runs market operations of our $4.4B consumer business, consisting of color cosmetics, retail hair-color and styling, body care and mass fragrances, including such iconic brands as CoverGirl, Clairol, Max Factor, Adidas, Rimmel London and Bourjois, among others.
Gianni brings over 30 years of international consumer goods experience in beauty, personal care, luxury accessories, home care, laundry detergents and food & beverages. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in marketing, and then held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales and general management for PepsiCo and Johnson & Johnson in Europe, North America and South America. After a few successful experiences as CEO of small cap European companies in luxury accessories and spirits, Gianni joined Revlon. He most recently served as EVP/President of the Consumer Division and then as EVP/Chief Operating Officer.
Gianni is a graduated cum laude in Economics from the L.U.I.S.S. University of Rome, Italy. He is based in New York, where he has been living with his wife and two daughters since 2014. Read more
Chief Scientific Officer
Daniel Ramos is Coty’s Chief Scientific Officer, and a member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for research and development, global regulatory activities, global product stewardship, trends & innovation and consumer affairs.
Daniel has over 20 years of successful international consumer goods R&D experience, and a strong track record of driving growth through consumer-led innovations and building organizational capacity and capability. His experience in the consumer goods industry spans the health, beauty & grooming, fragrance and cosmetics categories.
Daniel began his career at P&G, spending 11 years in increasingly senior roles in Venezuela the U.S. and Japan. He then joined RB plc where he served as Vice President R&D Health Care and a part of the R&D global leadership team, where he was responsible for managing a business across seven categories. He joins Coty from Revlon where is served as Chief Science Officer and EVP of R&D.
Daniel will be located in Coty’s R&D center of global excellence in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
Chief Global Supply Officer
Luc Volatier is Coty’s Chief Global Supply Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. He oversees the company’s end-to-end supply chain including procurement, manufacturing, distribution and initiative management.
Luc has nearly 30 years of experience in procurement, R&D and supply chain optimization. He joined Coty from Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) where he served since 2012 as EVP Operations. In 2018, his remit was expanded to also include R&D.
Luc successfully led the transformation of the JDE supply network following the spin-off from Sara Lee and the subsequent merger with the coffee division of Mondelez. He was in charge of the cost and cash program, generating important free cash flow to fuel JDE growth ambitions, backed by a network of top-tier supply partners.
Prior to JDE, Luc led the integrated Global Supply Chain of GrandVision from 2009-2012. He spent a large part of his early career in Operations and R&D leadership positions at Danone (1991-1998) and Numico (2003-2006).
His career has included posting in Belgium, the UK, Singapore, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands.
