Coty Inc. Increases Annual Dividend by 10% to $0.275 per Share

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2016-- Coty Inc. (NYSE:COTY) today announced its Board of Directors has approved a 10 percent increase in the company’s annual dividend to $0.275 from $0.25 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on August 19, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2016.
